I don’t coach from theory or formulas - I bring lived experience.

I’ve carried leadership responsibility, felt the pressure, navigated crises, made hard decisions, and rebuilt when things fell apart. Those experiences shape how I coach. My approach is grounded, direct, and deeply human.
